Corona curfew to be observed in many areas of Nainital district

To prevent the spread of Corona, Nainital DM Dhiraj Singh Garbyal has expanded the Covid curfew area. The Covid curfew order will be effective from May 1. The Covid curfew will be effective from 3 pm. Shops of essential commodities will open only from seven in the morning to 12 in the afternoon. The Covid curfew will remain in force until further orders.

A full corona curfew order was issued on April 25 from 27 April to 3 May in Haldwani, Lalkuan and Ramnagar. Covid curfew will remain unchanged in previously declared areas. In the order issued on Friday, DM has added some more further.

The DM said that in the areas where Covid curfew has been extended, only on Saturday (May 1), the market will be open till two in the afternoon. From May 2, shops of essential commodities will also open in the extended area from seven in the morning to 12 in the morning. In the areas where Covid curfew is ongoing, the market will be open only from seven to 12 in the morning.
