In just 13 days 5 crore people have downloaded the Aarogya Setu Mobile App. With this, now this app has been included in the list of most downloaded apps in the world. This information has been obtained from a report of NITI Aayog.
According to the NITI Aayog report, 50 million or 5 crore people have downloaded the Aarogya Setu mobile app in 13 days. Within 24 hours of the Prime Minister’s address to the country, this app was downloaded by 11 million users. Actually, PM Modi while addressing the country had appealed to download the Aarogya Setu mobile app. On the other hand, it is also believed that PM Modi’s appeal has the effect that so far 5 crore people have downloaded this Corona virus tracking app on their smartphones.

The Aarogya Setu Mobile App has broken the Pokémon Go gaming app. In 2016, Pokémon Go Gaming App was downloaded by 50 million users in 19 days.

After downloading the app from Google Play Store, you have to register with name and mobile number.
After this, the language will have to be chosen. As soon as you open the app, the app will tell whether you are at risk of infection with the corona virus. Scrolling down in this app will show tweets from the Ministry of Health. Tweet updating is happening in real time. Regarding data privacy, the government has said that the data of the Aarogya Setu app will be fully encrypted.
