3 people with travel history found Corona positive in Uttarakhand

Corona has been confirmed in three more people returned from outside states in Uttarakhand on Wednesday. The number of corona infected has now risen to 72 in the state. While 46 patients have been cured. According to the Health Bulletin issued by the Health Department, on Wednesday, 410 test reports have been received. In this, 407 samples werefound negative. Corona infection has been confirmed in a woman living in Adarsh ​​Colony located at Pulia, number six in Dehradun.

In October 2019, a 52-year-old infected woman went to her daughter’s Delhi for treatment of appendicitis. On March 20, the woman was discharged after being treated for stones at a hospital in Delhi. But she could not return due to the lockdown and stayed with her daughter. On returning to Dehradun from Delhi, the woman’s sample was sent for examination when she noticed suspicious symptoms during the check at Asharodi check post. According to the report from Doon Medical College Lab, the infection has been found in the woman. The woman has been admitted to Rishikesh AIIMS.

On the other hand, the infection has been confirmed in the 27-year-old youth of Ranikhet, Almora. The young man who returned to Ranikhet from Gurugram also showed signs of corona. His sample was sent to Haldwani Medical College for examination. His sample has also been found positive in the investigation report. While on Wednesday, the young who returned to Nainital from Amravati was also tested positive. Additional secretary health Yugal Kishore Pant said that the people who came in contact with the three infected people are being traced and quarantined.

Almora’s infected youth came in a packed bus with migrants

After getting second corona positive in Almora district, there was a stir again. The administration team is engaged in questioning the youth. At the same time, it has come to the fore that the bus in which the positive youth was riding was packed with passengers. Now the administration has started investigating people riding in the bus.

Four persons who came in contact with positive youth were quarantined earlier. Apart from this, other persons coming in contact with the said positive person are being identified after which they will also be quarantined.
