DTH operators come up with offers on long term plans after TRAI ruling
After introducing new tariffs in India no norms were fixed on the long term plans by TRAI. However, later the regulator later made it clear that long-term plans should be brought back. Since this order, almost all DTH service providers brought many long-term plans. Most of these plans are offering free service period for pre-payment. TRAI recently asked DTH operators to come up with good long-term plans.
D2H Free Recharge up to 5 months
In terms of Long Term Subscription Plans, maybe no offers are better than D2H. According to D2H’s listing, the service provider is offering additional subscription of 7 days in a 3 month plan, additional subscription of 15 days in a 6-month plan, additional subscription of 30 days in a 11 month plan. In addition, the provider offers additional subscription of 60 days in a 22 month plan, additional subscription of 90 days in a 33-month plan, additional subscription of 120 days in 44 month plan and additional subscription of 5 months in a 55 month plan.
Dish TV Free Recharge Up to 30 Days
Dish TV is offering plans just like the D2h, but there is an cap on the number of days of long-term plans. Subscribers receive additional subscription of 7 days in a 3 month subscription plan, additional subscription of 15 days in a 6 month plan and additional subscription of 30 days in a 11 month plan.
Tata Sky 30 days free recharge
Tata Sky is giving something different from the offers given above. Tata Sky Scheme has been named Flexi Annual Plan. Subscribers get 30 days of additional subscription annually. To avail this offer, Tata Sky subscribers will have to deposit the funds for the annual subscription. Users will then get additional days of benefit at the end of the subscription.
