Motion poster for Brahmastra released
The first motion poster of Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt’s most awaited film Brahmastra Part One – Shiva was released on Wednesday. The motion poster shows the look of Ranbir’s character Shiva and a glimpse of the universe’s biggest weapon, the Brahmastra. The Karan Johar-produced film stars Alia Bhatt in the female lead role, while Amitabh Bachchan, Mouni Roy and Nagarjuna Akkineni also star in the movie.
The release date of the film has also been announced along with the motion poster. The film will release in cinemas on 9 September next year. Brahmastra is a fantasy-adventure film and is the brain-child of director Ayan Mukerji. It has also taken a long time to make this film. Through the voices of the characters of Ranbir and Alia in the motion poster, it is revealed that some major reshuffle is taking place in the world and a very powerful weapon is awakening. At the end of the motion poster, Ranbir is shown holding the Brahmastra resembling Lord Shiva’s trident.
Brahmastra is the trilogy, the first part of which Shiva will come on 9th September. Apart from Hindi in 3D format, the film will also be released in Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam and Kannada languages. The posters of the film have been released in Hindi and in English.
