Job of untrained teachers under threat in CBSE affiliated schools

The job of untrained teachers of CBSE affiliated schools is under threat. The Board has issued instructions to all the schools affiliated with it to upload the Aadhaar card, mobile number and e-mail id of the teachers working there at the official site of CBSE, as soon as possible in the online school affiliated school information system (OASIS). Not only that, the schools will also have to tell how many teaching staff are permanent and temporary teachers in them.

Actually,there have been many cases where many teachers who are not employed in the school, yet their name is sent at the time of board examination and assessment. The Board has also asked for the details of the teachers for this fact. The teacher who has a degree in BEd or DLD. will be able to teach in the school. Those who do not have these degrees, they will not be eligible to teach at the school at any cost. The Board has given clear instructions to the schools that they should not employee any such teacher who do not have the required qualification. The school management has asked all Teaching and Non Teaching staff to submit data online by March 31, 2019.
Students appearing for CBSE’s 10th and 12th board exams will not be allowed entry at the examination hall. This rule will be applicable on board examination in the year-2019. CBSE has clarified that no excuses will be heard for the students coming late. All students must reach the examination hall at 10:15 any how. The purpose behind this decision is to make the examination more secure. Right now the examination hall opens at 9:30. After which students were given question papers at 10:15. At the same time, 15 minutes students are given time to read the question paper. After which the exam is starts at 10:30.
