Aukland goes into 3 day lockdown after new Corona case surfaces
A lockdown has been announced in the largest city of Auckland after new Coronavirus infection cases surfaced in New Zealand. New Zealand Prime Minister Jacinda Ardern took this decision on Saturday evening after a cabinet meeting. The New Zealand Prime Minister said that she will be vigilant until she gets the completely correct information about the new corona virus that has arrived in the city.
At the moment the New Zealand Government is busy gathering information whether this new corona virus is more dangerous than before? Jacinda Ardern said that the rest of the cities would also be placed under extreme restrictions so that there would not be a lockdown. She said New Zealand health officials reported that three members of the same family in Auckland had been found infected with a coronavirus that could not be identified.
New Zealand Prime Minister Ardern has canceled all her programs and reached the capital, Wellington, after a new case of the corona virus was found in the country. This is the second time in New Zealand when a decision has been taken to impose lockdown. The lockdown was first imposed in Auckland in August when people were asked to stay home. However the lockdown was later removed. In the fight against Corona, New Zealand quite successfully defended the country’s public.
On Sunday, the Ministry of Health reported three new cases of corona virus in a family in South Auckland. These three include mother, father and daughter who have been infected with a new type of corona. However, it is not yet clear how Corona infected them. The trio traveled to the city of New Plymouth last week in addition to visiting local shops which is a tourist spot.
