The Delhi Metro Rail Corporation, which claims to provide world-class technical and facilities, has been facing lot of technical shortcomings lately. According to the information, on Tuesday morning there have been technical difficulties on several routes of the Delhi Metro, which has caused huge problems for thousands of passengers.

If the speed of trains is slow in many routes in the peak hour, trains on many routes are completely disrupted. It is being told that a train has been trapped between Chhatarpur and Qutab Minar for more than one and a half hours. After this, all the gates were opened when some people were injured in the train. After doing this, the passenger got out of the small footpath to the destination next to the track. This view is being seen after a long time, when the passengers are forced to go to the track and go to the office or other work sites.

According to official information of Delhi Metro, due to technical failure in Chhatarpur trains are not running between Sultanpur and Qutub Minar, due to which thousands of passengers are troubled. DMRC is operating feeder buses between Sultanpur and Qutub Minar, due to the complete blockage of the operations of the trains on this route.

On the same day, under the MAGENTA LINE Route, the Botanical Gordon Metro opened only one gate due to technical flaws, while the rest of the gate were closed. Due to this, passengers from the Janakpuri West to Airport Terminal-1, South Delhi and Botanical Gardens of Noida had to face problems. Like the blue line, the magenta line is also being seen more of technical faults. This too when not much time has passed when the Metro started operation on this corridor.

The metro operation started in two phases on the 38 kilometer long Metro corridor. The operation started on December 25, 2017 between Botanical Gardens from Kalkaji. At the same time, the operation between Kalkaji and Janakpuri West began in May 2018. The state-of-the-art signal system, CBTC (Computer Based Train Control) has been used on this corridor.
