Leopard injures 3 in Srinagar medical college

In the main building of Veer Chandra Singh Garhwali State Medical College in Srinagar, Pauri district, there was a stir when a leopard entered the premises. Meanwhile the animal attacked an employee and two security personnel and injured him. The three are being treated at base hospital. The team of forest department is looking for the animal, which entered the building at 10 in the morning. Finding the leopard in the main building of the four floor and two other buildings adjacent to it is proving challenging. Laxman Singh Rawat, the Divisional Forest Officer of Pauri Forest Division, is on the spot with the team. Shooter Joy has also been called from Pauri.

Dr. Chandramohan Singh Rawat, Principal of Medical College, told that in the morning when the leopard entered the building, there was a workshop going on in the college. There were thirty doctors in it. Meanwhile, when he heard the noise, he came to know that the animal was in the premises. There was a stir in the college. Meanwhile the leopard attacked the pharmacology department employee and disappeared in the corridor.
