Scuffle between lawyers and cops turn violent outside Delhi’s Tis Hazari court
Violent clashes between lawyers and police took place at Tis Hazari Court in Delhi. According to the report, the police has to resorted to firing. After the police firing, the lawyers were enraged, they vandalized the police vehicles. Apart from this, the lawyers have also beaten some police officers. According to the report, lawyers have vandalized several vehicles.
At the same time, vehicles parked in the court premises have been burnt. Several lawyers were injured in this violent clash, who have been admitted to the hospital.
According to the information, there was a scuffle between lawyers and policemen outside the lockup of Tis Hazari Court. It is alleged that the policemen of the Third Battalion attacked the lawyers. There was a huge ruckus in the court.
Lawyers said that Delhi Police stopped a lawyer and asked why he parked in front of the lockup. The lawyer was then beaten and allegedly shot at. The lawyer is hospitalized.
