Dubai returned youth tests positive for Corona in Uttarakhand
The coronavirus has been confirmed in a 21-year-old youth from Selakui area in Dehradun. The youth returned from Dubai to Dehradun on 18 March. On complaining of mild fever, the young man showed himself at the OPD of Mahant Indresh Hospital. The doctors took a sample of the youth and gave it to the IDSP based on the history of foreign countries. On 26 March, the sample of the youth was sent to Haldwani Medical College Lab. Director General of Health, Dr. Amita Upreti said that the young man had normal fever, in such a situation, he was advised to stay in isolation at home. Now the patient is being admitted to Doon Hospital after corona was confirmed.
Four other members of the household were separated.
The young man also has four other members in his house but none of them have any suspected symptoms of corona yet. The Director General of Health said that all the four members of the house have been separated. Currently, all family members are being quarantined. He said that the Chief Medical Officer of Dehradun has been instructed to take further action in this regard.

With the onset of corona virus symptoms in the youth of Selakui, the total figure of corona positive patients in the state has reached six.
