Uttarakhand coronavirus update 27 April: 5 cured; only 2 active cases remain in Haridwar

Five of the seven corona positive patients admitted to Haridwar Mela hospital in Uttarakhand have recovered fully. Three of them have been sent home on Sunday.

The second test report of two patients came negative today. Which includes a female and a male. Now only two patients remain infected. They are being treated.

On Sunday, the health department team applauded while sending the recovered patients home. Now these people will be home quarantined for 14 days and the Health Department will examine them every day.

Introduced to the treating doctor and paramedical staff

CMO Dr. Saroj Naithani Mela reached the hospital on Sunday afternoon. It was decided to give send the 3 patients belonging to , Paniyala of Roorkee, Pondhoi of Jwalapur and Manakpur Majra of Bhagwanpur home after their second consecutive report returned negative indicating recovery.

The CMO inquired about the trio and introduced the treating doctor and paramedical staff. Because patients could not recognize anyone due to wearing PPE kit during treatment.

Three corona positives recovered in Dehradun district today

A total of three patients were discharged from the hospital on Monday in Dehradun district. This includes infected one women doctor admitted to the army hospital, while two patients were sent home from Doon Hospital. Apart from this, two infected patients have also been discharged from the hospital in Haridwar district. So far, 33 patients have been cured in the state.
