Uttarakhand Corona update 23 July: Total case count reaches 5445
After finding a record 451 corona-infected patients on Wednesday, 145 patients were found today i.e 23 July. With this, the figure of corona infects has crossed 5400.
According to the Health Bulletin issued by the Health Department, today the maximum number of 68 ( 23 from private lab) have been reported in Dehradun. At the same time, 32 infected patients have been found in Haridwar, 31 in Nainital, four in Tehri and seven in Uttarkashi. After this, the number of infected patients is now 5445.
Today, 50 patients have recovered and returned home. But there are still 1948 active cases. So far 60 corona infected patients have died in the state. While 3399 infected patients have recovered and returned home.
A corona-infected woman admitted to civil hospital in Roorkee died
The condition of Corona in Uttarakhand is getting frightening day by day. A corona-infected woman admitted to the Civil Hospital in Roorkee has died. According to the information, a woman (50 years) resident of Roorkee, had fever 6 days ago. She was having trouble breathing on Wednesday. The family brought her to the Civil Hospital, Roorkee. Here she was admitted to the women’s ward. The woman had a corona rapid test this morning. The corona report came positive immediately after the woman died. The woman worked in a medicine factory on Mangalore Road. She was not going to the factory for the past one week.
