313 corona cases found in Uttarakhand on August 14
On Friday, August 14, 313 new positive cases of Corona were reported in the state. Two people died in Pithoragarh. The maximum number of 122 cases were reported from Haridwar, 73 cases in Dehradun, 54 in Nainital.
Now the total corona positive number of patients in the state has reached 11615. 7502 patients have been cured in the state. There are still 3924 active cases. According to Health Bulletin of Health Department, two positive cases have been reported from 2 Bageshwar, 1 Chamoli, 5 Champawat, 1 Pauri, 2 Pithoragarh, 23 Tehri, 24 US Nagar, 6 Uttarkashi on Friday.
221 cases were reported in government and 92 private labs. The state also saw 488 patients recover on Friday. 6882 reports came negative. 7186 tests were performed. The total number of negative reports has reached 221085 so far. The doubling rate has now reached 24.36 days. The recovery rate is 64.59 percent. The infection rate is 4.99 percent.
Death toll reached 147
On Friday, Corona positive’s death toll reached 147. A 77-year-old male at the Doon Medical College, a 86-year-old man at GMC Haldwani, two 52-year-olds died at the district hospital Pithoragarh.
