Uttarakhand Corona Update: 338 cases detected on 6 October

The graph of corona infection in Uttarakhand continues to grow. However, the number of patients recovering is also bringing relief. On Tuesday, 600 infections have been cured, while 338 new cases have been reported. The highest number of them are from Dehradun 123. Apart from this, 55 are from Haridwar, 39 from Udham Singh Nagar, 32 from Uttarkashi, 20 each in Nainital and Pithoragarh, 19 in Bageshwar, 9 in Chamoli, 8 in Rudraprayag, 7 in Pauri Garhwal, and 3 each in Champawat and Tehri Garhwal have been reported. At the same time, eight Corona infected patients have died. The number of infected patients has now increased to 52329 in the state, while 42968 have become healthy. At present 8414 cases are active, while 677 have died. Apart from this, 270 patients have migrated out of state.

There have been 59 corona positive cases in Uttarkashi district. Most Corona positives are in the vicinity of the district headquarters. Reports of ten employees, including a doctor posted at the District Covid Care Center, have also come to Corona positive, after which all the Corona-infected people admitted to the Kovid Care Center have been closed and shifted to a hotel.
