Uttarakhand daily corona update: 336 cases found on 19 October
On Monday, 336 new corona patients were found in the state while 6 died. With this, the total number of patients in the state has reached 58360 and the number of dead has reached 933.
According to the Bulletin of the Health Department, one in Almora on Monday, four in Bageshwar, 62 in Chamoli, four in Champawat, 84 in Dehradun, 16 in Haridwar, 25 in Nainital, 82 in Pauri, 10 in Pithoragarh, eight in Rudraprayag, eight in Tehri. Three, 19 in the US city, while 18 people in Uttarkashi tested positive for corona virus.
One died at AIIMS Rishikesh, two at Kailash Hospital, one at Mahant Indresh Hospital, two patients admitted to Haldwani Medical College. On Monday, a total of 504 people from various hospitals of the state were discharged after recovering. With this, the total number of people recovering has increased to 51486.
While 5527 patients are being treated in hospitals. On Monday, samples of 10679 people were sent from across the state for investigation. While around 12 thousand samples were reported. More than 14 thousand sample reports are yet to come.
The recovery rate of corona patients in the state has exceeded 88 percent. While the infection rate is running at 6.61. A total of 74 containment zones have been created in the state to prevent corona infection. In the state, the cases of infection in patients have been coming down for the last few days. Due to which the Health Department officials have breathed a sigh of relief.
