420 corona cases found in Uttarakhand on 18 November
Corona infection is increasing in the plains districts of the state, while its speed has decreased in the mountainous districts. Within the last 24 hours, nine patients have died in the state, while 420 more people have been found infected. The total infectious population now stands at 69307.
The risk of corona virus is increasing as winter increases in the state. Infected cases and deaths of patients are increasing. In the plains district Dehradun, Nainital, Udham Singh Nagar and Haridwar, the cases of re-infection are increasing. However, there has been a decrease in infected cases in Pauri, Chamoli, Rudraprayag and other hill districts.
Dehradun district has the highest number of 153 corona patients. 51 infected in Nainital, 42 in Haridwar, 38 in Udham Singh Nagar, 28 each in Rudraprayag and Chamoli, 23 in Pauri, 18 in Tehri, 17 in Almora, 12 in Bageshwar, 07 in Pithoragarh, 02 in Champawat and 01 in Uttarkashi district have been found.
Nine infected patients have died in the state. In this, 02 patients died in AIIMS Rishikesh, 02 in Himalayan Hospital, 01 in Army Hospital Pithoragarh, 01 in Sushila Tiwari Medical College Haldwani, 01 in JLN District Hospital Rudrapur, 01 in Sri Mahant Indiresh Hospital, 01 in Doon Medical College. So far 1128 corona infected patients have died.
