Uttarakhand CM TS Rawat tests positive for Corona
The Corona report of Uttarakhand Chief Minister Trivendra Rawat came back positive on Friday afternoon. At 3 pm, he shared information about his report being corona positive on Twitter. CM will be in home isolation for a few days now.

There was a review meeting on Covid from 10 am today in CM house, where CM was connected to the Commissioner, DM and other officers via video conferencing, while some officers of the Secretariat were present in the meeting. At three o’clock in the afternoon, CM informed about the corona infection.
CM said that as soon as the report is positive, he has gone in Isolation. The CM said that his health is also completely fine.
He said that those who have come in contact with them in the past, should isolate themselves and also should get themselves tested. CM Trivendra Rawat had done his corona test earlier also, but his corona report has come positive for the first time.
580 cases in last 24 hours
Corona infected cases are continuously increasing in Uttarakhand. Within the last 24 hours, 580 new infections have been detected in the state. At the same time, 15 infected patients have died. The total infectious population has crossed 85 thousand. At the same time, treatment of 6067 active patients is underway.
According to Health Department data, on Wednesday, the investigation report of 18579 samples came negative. At the same time, the maximum number of 156 have been found in Dehradun and 127 in Nainital. Besides, infections have been confirmed in 17 in Bageshwar in Almora, 19 in Chamoli, 20 in Champawat, 22 in Haridwar, 52 in Pauri Garhwal, 20 in Pithoragarh, 73 in Rudraprayag, nine in Tehri Garhwal, 13 in Udham Singh Nagar and 20 in Uttarkashi.
So far 1399 corona infected patients have died in the state. At the same time, today 547 patients have been sent home after recovering. With this, 76770 patients have become healthy. The infection rate is 5.37 percent and the recovery rate is 90.03 percent based on a sample test.
