All schools from classes 6 to 8 to open from Feb 8 in Uttarakhand
Several important decisions were taken in the cabinet meeting held on Saturday evening under the chairmanship of Chief Minister Trivendra Singh Rawat. An important decision was taken in the meeting regarding opening of schools in the state. All schools from class 6 to class 12 will be opened in the state from February 8. The department will issue orders for this. During this, 17 points were discussed in the meeting. All have been approved. Cabinet spokesman Madan Kaushik gave information about the cabinet meeting.
Cabinet decisions
1-The good news to the job card holders in MNREGA, those working for 100 days will get additional employment of 50 days, the government will have to bear an additional burden of 18 crores.
2- Make rules for single use plastic, plastic carry bags will be restricted, goods made of thermocol will be banned, there will be penalty for use of such items.
3- Scalar of Forest Department to be discussed in next meeting.
4-Cyber Crisis Management Plan implemented in the state, the state adopted the centrally made plan.
5- From February 8, all schools will be opened in the state from class 6 to class 12, the department will issue orders.
6- Bicycles will be given to the students going from class 8 to class 9, the bicycle will be purchased with this money. It will cost 14,56,000.
7-Bring GST bill- and win prize scheme has been withdrawan.
From 8-2015 to 2019, the report report of PTCUL will be presented in the House.
9 – Major decision to recruit police constable, amendment in recruitment rules.
10-Free land given to Mangaldeep School Almora, 0.04 hectare land given.
11- Amendment in Factory Act, license renewal fee will be deposited online.
12-Changes in Transport Department, amendment in Employee Manual, new posts were created.
13- The subject of restructuring of departmental structures in Uttarakhand Language Institute will come up in the next cabinet.
14-NDRF was given 75 acres of land in Nainital.
15-Government will bring ordinance regarding the municipal corporation circle rate.
16- New excise policy approved, shop will be given for two years, e-tendering will be distributed, renewal revenue will be determined, beer will be sold at native liquor shops.
17- Liquor shops will open in the corporation areas till 11 pm, in the hill areas liquor shops will open till 10 pm.
