Delhi deputy CM left awaiting after minister Madan Kaushik fails to turn up for debate

Manish Sisodia, Deputy Chief Minister of Delhi and senior AAP leader, has taken a jibe at Uttarakhand’s CM. He said that ’till now I had only heard that Trivandra is a Zero Work CM, but today when minister Madan Kaushik could not come to the debate for speaking on developmental works of the government, it has led to the belief that the Chief Minister has not done any work. That is why Madan Kaushik, the spokesperson of the government and senior minister, has not come here.’

Senior leader of Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) and Delhi Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia reached the IRDT Auditorium on time for an open debate with Urban Development Minister Madan Kaushik on the development works of Uttarakhand. He kept waiting for Uttarakhand government spokesman and Urban Development Minister Madan Kaushik, but he did not arrive. After this, he took on the government and then went out to inspect the government school at Jeewanwala under Doiwala block which is the constituency of Uttarakhand CM.

Delhi’s Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia launched a verbal attack on the Trivendra Rawat government in the state. He said that the Uttarakhand government does not have the power to stand in front of the Delhi model. He even said that the BJP’s policy is to run away. They had also escaped in Uttar Pradesh and have not come here today.

It is worth mentioning that Manish Sisodia had sent a letter to Urban Development Minister Madan Kaushik on 4 January and invited him for an open debate in the IRDT auditorium at Survey Chowk. For this, Manish Sisodia reached Dehradun on Sunday night. On reaching here, Manish Sisodia issued a statement saying that Madan Kaushik, in a press conference, said that he would go to Delhi and would reply there on the challenge of open debate. He has described AAP as making a mockery of politics and commuting like tourists. Taking a dig at this, Sisodia said that Madan Kaushik has held a press conference to hide the failures of his government.
