Uttarakhand daily corona update: 82 cases found on 30 January
On Saturday, 82 new corona cases were found and one patient died. It is a matter of relief that not a single new case of Corona was found in the five districts. At the same time, one infected person has been found in three districts. With this, the total number of infected people has reached 96068 in the state.
During the last 24 hours, reports of 11357 samples were received from various government and private labs, out of which 11275 samples have come negative. At the same time, the result of a sample of 9116 people from different districts is yet to come. 167 have won the battle against corona. The state currently has 1202 active patients, who are undergoing treatment in various hospitals and covid care centers. So far 1643 patients have died due to corona infection.
Most patients in Doon
In the last 24 hours, maximum 37 new patients have been found in Dehradun. At the same time 11 new patients have been found in Haridwar, 17 in Nainital, three in Pauri Garhwal, one in Pithoragarh, one in Rudraprayag, Udham Singh Nagar 11 and Uttarkashi. No new corona patients were found in Almora, Bageshwar, Chamoli, Champawat, Tehri Garhwal.
70 workers vaccinated in Chakrata on the first day
The first consignment of Covid-19 vaccine arrived at the state community health center Chakrata in Jaunsar-Bawar, a tribal area. On the first day on Friday, 70 front line health workers were successfully vaccinated. On the other hand, 37 health workers were vaccinated in the state hospital Kalsi. Three thousand front line warriors are to be vaccinated in Pachhwadoon and Jaunsar-Bawar. More than four hundred and fifty workers have been vaccinated so far.
