LinkedIn survey reveals top job in 2021
The job-giving sectors in India are undergoing major changes after the Corona pandemic. The social networking platform Linkedin has revealed a significant picture of the future scenario through a survey. According to the report, sectors like freelance content creators, social media marketing and digital marketing, cyber security and specialized engineering will emerge as the top 5 job categories in 2021.

At the top of this list of LinkedIn are content creators who are creating entertainment content through their creative storytelling skills. This includes YouTubers, bloggers and content cordinators. According to the survey report, the number of smart phone users in India will increase to 760 million in 2021. In such a situation, there is a possibility that there will be a huge increase in the demand for local and relevant content.

According to the survey, YouTube remains the most popular digital platform in the country. According to the report, India is also the third largest podcast market. Apart from this the report also states that Work from Home will become mainstream in 2021. However, due to this, HR professionals may face new challenges in joining employees, upskilling and recruitment. There will be an increase in the demand for HR executives who can hire new employees online and prepare them according to the work of their company.
3 out of four people are looking for new jobs
LinkedIn India survey revealed that 3 out of 4 people are seeking a new job. In this, questions were asked about the strength of people in the new job and the search for jobs. The survey included 1,016 people. 3 out of every 4 people in the survey are either looking for a new job or are trying for a job in another position in the next 12 months. The survey also revealed that 64 percent of Indian professionals are confident about their future.
37 percent people are willing to spend money in online learning, they believe that online courses will make it easier to find a job. 38 percent people are worried about job processes, 32 percent people are worried about a lot of documents. 74 percent people believe that they have a hold in networking. Linkedin created ‘Job on the Rise’ list including the 15 fastest growing jobs in 2021.
