Uttarakhand corona cases: Over 2500 recover on 5th June

Today the number of corona infected patients in Uttarakhand has been 619. Apart from this, the death toll in Uttarakhand as per June 5 health bulletin was 16. There are now 17305 active cases of corona in Uttarakhand. Today more than four times more than new cases have returned home after recovering. In the last 24 hours, 2531 patients have returned home after recovering. However, there is still a need to be careful as there are 17305 active cases in the state. The percentage of recovery in Uttarakhand is 91.03%, and the percentage of positive samples is 6.76%.

Infection rate of seven districts in the state is less than five percent

The pace of infection has come under control in the second wave of corona in the state. With the infection rate being less than five percent in seven districts, for the last two days, less than a hundred infected cases are being received daily in the rest of the districts except Dehradun and Haridwar districts.

24058 samples were sent for testing today. 407 vaccination sessions were held across Uttarakhand today in which 34497 beneficiaries were vaccinated. With this 23,30,346 people have been partially vaccinated in the state.
