How to update date of birth in Aadhaar online

It is very easy to change the date of birth in Aadhaar card online, it can be done in minutes sitting at home. Aadhaar has become a quintessential document in our daily lives whether for opening Bank account, SIM card has to be bought, loan has to be taken, school-college has to be taken etc. For other works like these also you need Aadhaar card. On the other hand, it is also seen that the information gets printed wrongly in the Aadhaar card of many people, due to which they have to face many problems. Now, if your date of birth is wrongly printed in your Aadhaar card, then you can get it rectified sitting at home. Just for this you have to follow some simple steps. So let’s know without delay what is the way to correct the date of birth.

Here is the way to get the date of birth corrected in Aadhaar card online:-

Step 1

If the date of birth in your Aadhaar card is also wrong, then many of your works may also get stuck.
In such a situation, to correct the wrongly printed date of birth on Aadhaar, you have to visit the official link of UIDAI at ssup.uidai.gov.in/ssup

Step 2

  • After this, there will be a column in front of you, where you will have to enter your Aadhaar card number.
  • Then you have to enter the captcha code given on the screen
  • Now click on send OTP and when OTP comes on registered mobile number, fill it here and click on submit

Step 3

  • Then you will be logged in and all the information related to your Aadhaar will appear on the screen.
  • Now you have to find the date of birth update option here
  • As soon as you get this option, click on it

Step 4

  • After this you can change your date of birth from there
  • All you have to do is upload any supporting document there
  • After uploading the documents you have to click submit
  • Then you will get a message, after which your date of birth gets corrected.
