Normal hearing to resume in Nainital High Court from February 21

In the order of the new Covid guide line issued by the Central and State Government, hearing will be held in the Uttarakhand High Court in a normal manner i.e. physically from February 21.

A notification in this regard has been issued by the Registrar General of the High Court on Friday. It has been said in the notification that on the orders of Acting Chief Justice Sanjay Mishra, from Monday, all cases will be heard in the High Court like normal days. But the court has also kept the option of video conferencing. It has been told that it will be mandatory for judicial officers, employees, advocates and litigants to follow the Covid guide line in the court premises.
