Uttarakhand corona update: 66 cases found on 27 February
66 new corona patients were found in Uttarakhand and one infected died. On Sunday, 25 patients were discharged after treatment, taking the number of active patients in the state to 982. The strictness of the department continues even after the corona case is low. There is an appeal to the people to strictly follow the Covid prevention guidelines so that the infection can be prevented from spreading again.
According to the bulletin issued by the Health Department, on Sunday, 9 cases were reported in Chamoli, 4 in Champawat, 31 in Dehradun, 8 in Haridwar, 1 in Nainital, 2 in Pauri, 2 in Pithoragarh, 3 in Rudraprayag, 1 in Tehri, 5 in Uttarkashi. A patient admitted to Doon Medical College died on Sunday. With this, the death toll during the third wave in the state has gone up to 262.
On Sunday, the test report of samples of 5436 patients got here whereas 3262 samples have been sent for examination. The infection rate in the state has increased to 1.20 percent and the recovery rate of patients has exceeded 95 percent. On Sunday, about four thousand people have been given doses of anti-corona vaccine.
