Earthquake tremors felt across Delhi, Uttarakhand; second major tremor in a week

Earthquake tremors were felt in Delhi-NCR at around 8 P.M on Saturday night. People who felt the tremors gathered outside their homes and offices in open places. According to the National Center for Seismology, its epicenter was 10 km below the ground in Nepal. Tremors were felt across Delhi, Gurugram, Uttarakhand.

Earlier, there was an earthquake jolted Uttarakhand at 4.25 pm. According to the information, Rishikesh was the epicenter of the earthquake. A magnitude of 3.4 was recorded on the Richter scale. According to media reports, tremors were also felt in Faridabad, Gurugram, Ghaziabad, Noida, Hapur in Delhi-NCR.
