Droneacharya Aerial Innovations IPO to open for subscription on December 13

The IPO of the country’s first drone start-up company, Droneacharya Aerial Innovations IPO, is opening on Tuesday, December 13. Investors can subscribe to this IPO till 15 December.
According to the IPO Watch website, the GMP of Drone Acharya Aerial Innovations in the gray market is Rs.65 today i.e. on December 11. That is, if this trend continues, then the company can give 120 percent return to the investors on the very first day in the stock market. The price band of Drone Acharya Aerial Innovation IPO is 52 to 54 rupees. The company will be listed on BSE SME.
The shares of the company will be listed on the BSE SME exchange. Drone Acharya Aerial Innovations will use the raised funds to purchase and manufacture drones. Apart from this, the fund will also be used to strengthen the infrastructure. The company wants to open 12 new training centers by March 2023. In the first quarter of the current financial year, the total revenue of the company was Rs 308.96 lakh and the net profit of the company was Rs 72.06 lakh.
