Preparations underway for Kainchi Dham fair

Preparations for the spiritual Kaichi dham fair (mela) have almost been completed. Devotees from India and abroad have started gathering at Baba Neem Karauli Maharaj temple. The chants of Hanuman Chalisa and chanting Ram Naam is in the air.

A fair is held on the every year on 15 June in the well-known Kaichi dham. Hanuman Bhakta Baba Neem Karauli Maharaj, a priest of human service and religion, established a temple here in 1962. Which is the precedent of Sovereignty. The special thing is that people of all classes and religions come here. Followers say that they see Baba Neem Karauli Maharaj as an avatar of Lord Hanuman.

Origins of the Kaichi Dham Fair

The beginning of the Kaichi Dham Fair started from the year 1962. Saint Neem Karauli Maharaj started the tradition of the fair by establishing a temple here. According to the committee manager Vinod Joshi, the fair activities include Akhand Ramayana on 12th and 13th June, Havan Yagna on 14th and followed by Bhandara on 15th June. Malpua has special significance as a dish in it.

CCTV surveillance in the area

According to SDM Vivek Roy, the surrounding area including the fair area will be under the watch of CCTV. Arrangements have been entrusted to appoint the officers and employees for the purpose of chalking. Special efforts are being made to make the devotees not have any problem.

600 devotees to volunteer for the fair

On June 15, on the day of the main fair, about 600 followers will join as volunteers, which will take care of the devotees inside and outside the temple. Almost 50 specialist artisans from Mathura, Hasanpur, Souk (Uttar Pradesh) etc. have started making malpua. Until last year, these sweet delicacies were made in six kilns. But this time, the number of devotees is expected to increase, so nine kilns have been installed.

Review of the security arrangements taken by the IG

Security arrangements have been made in and around the temple premises. On Thursday, Inspector General Deepam Seth inspected the Kaichi Dham with SSP Sunil Meena. By taking stock of the arrangements, giving necessary guidelines to the subordinates.
