Uttarakhand corona update: 0 Active cases in the state
Not a single active patient of Covid-19 has come forward in Uttarakhand since last one week. About which Health Minister Dr. Dhan Singh Rawat has expressed happiness. He said that even though there is not a single active case of corona in the state, everyone needs to be alert in view of the weather. He has appealed to the people to wear masks to prevent corona. Also, those who have not completed the course of vaccination, they must get their vaccination done on time.
He said that instructions were given from time to time to the officers to conduct special precautions and awareness campaigns regarding the Corona pandemic. As a result of which not a single patient has come forward in the state for the last one week. At the same time, the testing for corona is being done continuously in hospitals and medical colleges.
First corona positive case identified on 15 March
The first case of corona was revealed in the state on March 15, 2020. Since then, a total of 4,49,472 Covid positive cases have been registered in the state. This year till January 1, 2023, only 78 cases have been reported in the state. After three years, due to massive vaccination drive and awareness and caution of common people, there is not a single active case of corona in the state since last one week. This is a matter of relief for the people of the state.
