Uttarakhand’s GDP for F.Y 2018-19 revealed
The total size of the Uttarakhand’s economy has now reached 245895 crore. It has increased by 6.8 percent as compared to last year. This is also the growth rate of the state. With the increase in per capita income in the state by about 16 thousand rupees compared to last year, now the per capita income in the state has reached 1,98,738 rupees. This picture has been revealed by the latest report of the Department of Planning.
According to the report, the state’s gross domestic product has increased to Rs 245895 crore in 2018-19. In 2017-18, it was Rs. 222836 crores. According to this, the economic growth rate of the state has been estimated at 6.8 percent. Similarly, per capita income has increased by Rs. 16418 compared to last year. These figures of the economy are also showing that the growth rate of the state is now equal to the growth rate of the country. In the last two years, this growth rate was higher than the country’s growth rate. Even so, the state could not maintain the growth rate achieved in 2016-17. At the moment, this growth rate is at the lowest level in the last two years.
