Three-day G20 meeting of the Infrastructure Working Group from June 26
A three-day meeting of the Infrastructure Working Group under the G20 Summit in Uttarakhand will be held at Hotel Westin Narendranagar from June 26. On the first day of the third meeting of G20, there will be a high-level seminar on the road map for sustainable cities. Foreign guests will also visit Oni village on June 28. Some foreign guests reached Jolly Grant Airport on Saturday.
DM Tehri Dr. Saurabh Gaharwar told that a three-day seminar will start from June 26 at Hotel Westin Narendra Nagar. More than 150 delegates will participate in it. Guests are being driven directly from the airport to the hotel. Almost all the delegates will reach the hotel on Sunday, 25th June. Foreign guests will also visit Oni village on June 28. They will also participate in Ganga Aarti at Rishikesh Triveni Ghat on June 27 or 28 if the weather is clear. Guests have started arriving for the meeting as part of the G-20 summit on Saturday. Folk artists welcomed the guests who arrived by flight at Jollygrant Airport with traditional dance.
On the first day, the representatives of Brazil reached Jolly Grant Airport. The guests were welcomed with flowers and garlands while introducing them to the culture and heritage of the mountains. Three representatives of Brazil, reached Jollygrant Airport by flight on Saturday morning. Doiwala SDM Shailendra Singh Negi, SDM Tehri Shalini Pant, Tehsildar Sohan Singh Rangad etc were present to welcome the guests.
