Rahul Gandhi’s reinstated as MP, notification issued by Lok Sabha Secretariat

The Lok Sabha Secretariat has issued a notification on Monday reinstating Rahul Gandhi as Member of Parliament. The Lok Sabha membership of Wayanad MP Rahul was terminated in March 2023. He was convicted in the Modi surname case, following which his membership of Parliament was suspended for two years. However, on August 4, the Supreme Court decided to stay his sentence.

With the restoration of Rahul Gandhi’s membership of Parliament, enthusiasm is being seen in the the entire I.N.D.I.A alliance. After the reinstatement of his membership from Wayanad, it is expected that he can attend the Parliament session from today itself. Today there will be a debate on the Delhi Service Bill in the Rajya Sabha. At the same time, a decision can be taken regarding the discussion on the Manipur issue in the Lok Sabha.

Excitement amongst party workers ahead of Uttarakhand visit

Leaders and workers are excited about former Congress National President Rahul Gandhi’s visit to Uttarakhand. The route of the yatra to be held on many issues of Uttarakhand in the coming days has not been decided yet. Buoyed by Rahul’s Bharat Jodo Yatra, the State Congress hopes to get a lifeline from the Swabhiman Nyay Yatra to be held in Uttarakhand.
