Temperatures start rising in Uttarakhand; cross 30 degrees in plains

With the effect of Western Disturbance reducing in Uttarakhand, the mercury has started rising once again from the plains to the mountains. In the last three days, due to the change in the weather, where there was a decrease in the temperature due to light drizzle, now the heat has again started increasing.

According to the report of the Meteorological Department, for the first time in the season in the capital Doon, the mercury reached 30.2 degrees on Thursday. In such a situation, people had difficulties in the heat. At the same time, the minimum temperature was recorded at 12.4 degrees in the night.

Apart from this, the maximum temperature of 30.9 degrees Celsius was recorded in Pantnagar, which was four notches above normal. The minimum temperature was recorded at 9.4 degrees. Mukteshwar recorded a maximum temperature of 20.3 degrees and a minimum temperature of six degrees, the maximum and minimum at Tehri was 20.2 and 7.8 degrees.

According to Bikram Singh, director of the Meteorological Center, there is a possibility of heat from the plains to the mountains in the coming days. In such a situation, people need to be a little careful in terms of health.
