Stock market at new all time high on Sep 26
The stock market made an all-time high for the 7th consecutive day today i.e. on 26 September, 2024. During trading, the Sensex touched 85,732 and the Nifty touched 26,181. Currently, the Sensex is trading near its all-time high with a gain of more than 550 points and the Nifty 170 points.
Out of 30 stocks of Sensex, 21 were up and 9 were down. Out of 50 stocks of Nifty, 35 were in the green and 15 were red. Talking about the sectoral index of NSE, the auto sector stocks are the most bullish.
Yesterday also the market had made an all-time high
Earlier yesterday, on September 25, the stock market had made an all-time high continuing the bull run. During trading, the Sensex touched 85,247 and the Nifty touched 26,032.
After this, the Sensex closed at 85,169 with a gain of 255 points. Nifty also rose by 63 points, it closed at 26,004. Auto, IT, energy and banking shares saw a rise.
Diffusion Engineers IPO opens
The Initial Public Offering i.e. IPO of Diffusion Engineers Limited has opened today. Investors can bid for this IPO till 30 September. On October 4, the company’s shares will be listed on the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) and National Stock Exchange (NSE).
