Jammu-Haridwar bus service to commence from January 12
Keeping in mind the convenience of pilgrims, the Jammu Yatri Bhawan Trust launched a State Road Transport Corporation bus service from Jammu to Haridwar and from Haridwar to Jammu. This service has been initiated with the approval of Transport Minister of Jammu and Kashmir, Satish Sharma.
This bus service will depart from Sankat Mochan Panchmukhi Shri Hanuman Mandir Bhawan Complex, BC Road, Jammu, at 4 pm on Monday, January 12, 2026, and will arrive in Haridwar on the morning of January 13, 2026. Transport Minister Satish Sharma will flag off the bus.
This service is being launched on the auspicious occasion of Lohri, Makar Sankranti, and Ekadashi on January 14. Devotees of Mother Ganga are urged to take advantage of this auspicious occasion by visiting Haridwar.
