LPG cylinder gets Rs 25 price hike

March 1 started with a big setback to the common man, domestic LPG Cylinder Price has increased by Rs 25 per cylinder. Last month, ie in February, the price of LPG cylinder was increased 3 times, in February alone, the cylinder has become expensive by Rs 100.

LPG cylinder becomes costlier by 25 rupees

The prices of LPG cylinders are reviewed at the beginning of every month and then on the 15th day, then the prices are decided. The IOC increased the price of 14.2 kg LPG cylinder thrice in February. First on February 4, the second time was on February 14 and the third time on February 25, the price was increased by 25 rupees. Today, LPG cylinder has been made expensive by Rs 25 on the first date of March.

LPG Cylinder New Prices

In Delhi, the subsidized LPG cylinder has now become costlier by Rs 25 to Rs 819, earlier it was Rs 794. Similarly, in Mumbai too, for LPG cylinders, 819 rupees will have to be paid. In Kolkata one will have to pay maximum of Rs 845.50 for LPG cylinder, in Chennai, customers will have to pay Rs 835 for LPG cylinder.

Prices were increased three times in February

In December, the price of LPG cylinder was increased twice. On December 1, its rate was increased from Rs 594 to Rs 644, and then on December 15, it was once again raised to Rs 694. That is, there was an increase of 100 rupees within a month. But prices were not increased in January. In January, the price of non-subsidized LPG (14.2 KG) was Rs 694. In the beginning of February, the price of domestic gas was not increased.

On February 1, there was no increase in prices, but on February 4, its rate was increased to Rs 719. That is, there was an increase of 25 rupees. And once again, the price of LPG was increased by 50 rupees within 10 days. After this, on 25 February, its price was again increased from Rs 769 to Rs 794.
