Rain forecast in these districts of Uttarakhand on April 15

There is forecast of rain in five hill districts of Uttarakhand today. Of the five districts in which the Meteorological Department has forecast rain, 3 districts are from Garhwal division. 2 districts are located in Kumaon division. Meteorologists have also forecast thunder and lightning.

The three districts of Garhwal in which the Meteorological Center Dehradun has forecast rain include Uttarkashi, Chamoli and Rudraprayag. On the other hand, the districts in Kumaon division where it will rain are Pithoragarh and Bageshwar. There may also be thunder and lightning in these five districts. In such a situation, people have been asked to be cautious.

The Meteorological Department has said that during thunder and lightning, stay indoors and close the windows and doors. Along with this, it has been said that as a precaution, stay away from things running on electricity during this time. Meteorologists have warned that in such a situation, take shelter in safe places and concrete houses. Do not stay under trees under any circumstances. It is also advised not to tie pets outside during this period.
