Trump Putin Alaska summit meet ends without ceasefire deal

The whole world is concerned about the war between Russia and Ukraine that has been going on for years. Meanwhile, talks have taken place between the two superpowers of the world, one of which is Russia, which is involved in a war with Ukraine, while the other superpower is America. An important meeting was held between US President Donald Trump and Russian President Vladimir Putin in Alaska, which lasted for about three hours, but in this meeting too, no solution could be found regarding the ceasefire in the talks between the two leaders.

Donald Trump and Vladimir Putin met face-to-face in Anchorage, Alaska, for nearly three hours, but neither any agreement on a Russia-Ukraine ceasefire nor any concrete agreement could be reached.

Trump said, ‘There is no deal until there is a real deal.’ He also admitted, “We are not there yet.”

Putin talked about ending the conflict, but referred to removing the “root cause” and hinted at a “next time in Moscow” for the next meeting.

A joint statement was issued, but the two leaders did not take questions from journalists.
