Portals of Hemkund Sahib to close on October 11
The journey to Hemkund Sahib is moving towards the last stop of 2023 season. The doors of Hemkund will be closed on 11th October and now only ten days are left for the yatra. In such a situation, the journey to Hemkund Sahib has now gained momentum. On Saturday, 960 devotees paid obeisance here while on Sunday, 1330 devotees came to offer obeisance.
The portals of Hemkund Sahib will be closed for winter on 11 October. As the weather clears, the number of travelers reaching Hemkund has also started increasing. So far 1,60,800 devotees have reached here this season.
Narendrajit Singh Bindra, President of Hemkund Sahib Management Trust, said that the number of devotees has increased as the weather has opened. A few days are left for the doors of Hemkund Sahib to close. At this time the weather of Hemkund Sahib has also become pleasant.
