Uttarakhand corona update: 11 recover; 20 new cases on 26 May
On Thursday, 20 new cases of corona were found in the state, while 11 patients have recovered. No patient has died of corona. At the same time, the infection rate stood at 1.28 percent. At present there are 78 active cases of corona in the state. Dehradun has the maximum 37, while Haridwar has 10 and Nainital has six active cases. There is no active case of corona in Pithoragarh.
1548 sample report came negative
According to the information received from the Health Department, 1568 sample test reports have been received from private and government labs in the last 24 hours. Out of these, the report of 1548 samples has come negative. The maximum number of eight people have been found corona infected in Uttarkashi, while seven cases have been found in Dehradun. Apart from this, three people have been found infected in Haridwar, one each in Pauri and Tehri. No new cases of corona have been found in the other eight districts of Almora, Bageshwar, Chamoli, Champawat, Nainital, Pithoragarh, Rudraprayag and Udham Singh Nagar. Here, 1986 samples from different districts were sent for corona investigation. 92,767 infected cases of corona have been found in the state this year. Of these, 89,153 (96.10 percent) people have defeated Corona. This year 275 patients have also died due to corona infection.
