Heavy police force deployed at Ghazipur border

Following violence at Red Fort and other parts of Delhi during the tractor rally on Republic Day in Delhi, the voices of protests have intensified over the farmers’ agitation. Nearly two months in protest against the new agricultural laws, the police have geared up to remove the farmers sitting by camping at the UP and Delhi border at Ghazipur border. For this, the deployment of police and paramilitary forces has also been increased by cutting the power and water supply at the protest site. Seeing the increased number of police and paramilitary forces, the farmers look apprehensive. At the same time, the speech of farmer politician representative Rakesh Tikait said that he is afraid of being removed forcefully. Farmer leaders are meeting among themselves about the strategy ahead.

A heavy police force has been deployed along the border in Delhi Ghazipur. While the administration has given an ultimatum to the farmers to end the agitation, on the other hand, now the farmer leader Rakesh Tikait has refused to end the agitation directly. Apart from this, he has said that he will not talk tonight but instead he will talk to the administration tomorrow on this whole issue.

There is a huge deployment of police force on the Ghazipur border. The administration team is also present at the protest site.
