Dhikwal gaon water project to be inaugurated on Jan 25

The much awaited Dhikwal gaon Drinking Water Scheme and Home Stay Scheme prepared in Khirsu will be inaugurated on 25 January in Khirsu. Chief Minister Trivendra Singh Rawat, Minister of State for Higher Education Dr. Dhan Singh Rawat and BJP State President Vanshidhar Bhagat will inaugurate the scheme. BJP division president Srinagar Girish Panuli informed about this. He said that preparations have been speeded up for inauguration.

Dates have also been announced in the past regarding the inauguration of Dhikwal gaon Drinking Water project. But it could not launch due to technical problem. Officials of Drinking Water Corporation Srinagar say that water has been transported from Khikwal Village Drinking Water Scheme to Khirsu. Distribution of drinking water scheme has also been started in six villages from here. After this, work is being done on a war footing to provide drinking water to other villages as well.
