Uttarakhand Daily Corona update: 243 cases found on 8th October
There has been a decrease in the number of corona infections and deaths after one week in Uttarakhand. In the last 24 hours, two patients died in the state and 243 new ones have been found. 155 patients have been sent home after recovering. The total number of infected people till date now stands at 65279.
According to Health Department data, 10711 samples were found negative in the Sunday’s investigation report. At the same time, 243 people have been found corona infected. Less than two hundred and fifty infected cases and less than four patients died in one day after one week. The results of the transition during the festive season are of little relief.
97 corona patients were found in Dehradun district. 54 have been found in Haridwar, 21 in Pauri, 14 in Nainital, 12 in Uttarkashi, 11 in Udham Singh Nagar, 11 in Tehri, 10 in Rudraprayag, 7 in Champawat, 3 in Chamoli, two in Almora, one in Bageshwar district. In the hill district Chamoli, Rudraprayag and Pauri district, the cases of infected have reduced.
Two corona infected patients have died in the state. In this, one in Sushila Tiwari Medical College Haldwani, one patient in JLN District Hospital Rudrapur succumbed during treatment. The number of patients who died has increased to 1065. At the same time, 155 patients were discharged. With this, 59719 patients have become healthy.
