Uttarakhand corona update: 7749 cases reported on May 12

Today’s big news from Uttarakhand is that 7749 people have been found coronavirus infected in Uttarakhand today. However, the good thing is that today 7005 people have returned to their homes after recovering. Today 109 people have died in total. So far, 264683 people have been found coronavirus infected in Uttarakhand. Of these, 178459 people have returned home after recovering. At present there are 77082 active cases in Uttarakhand. Till date, a total of 4123 people have died in Uttarakhand.

Corona infected areas were 78 in Dehradun, 24 in Haridwar, 73 in Nainital, 17 in Pauri, 80 in Uttarkashi, 90 in Udham Singh Nagar, 30 in Champawat, 30 in Chamoli, 08 in Tehri, 09 in Rudraprayag, 09 in Pithoragarh. There are 11 in Almora and 03 in Bageshwar.

A total of 27796 samples were sent for testing in Uttarakhand today while results of 20271 samples are awaited.
