Trump said that we have a great army. Donald Trump said that Iran seems to be softening, which is good for all sides.
He said that “we have killed Qaseem Soleimani. We should have killed Soleimani already. Soleimani had conspired to assassinate American soldiers”. Donald Trump said that Iran will never be allowed to possess nuclear weapons as long as I am president.

Earlier, Trump had given his first reaction to Iran’s missile attack on two bases of US forces in Iraq. The Pentagon said Tuesday night that Iran fired more than a dozen ballistic missiles at at least two military bases in Iraq, where the US military and its allied forces are stationed. According to Iran’s state television, this action was taken after the killing of Iran’s military commander Qaseem Soleimani in a US air strike in Baghdad. The attack on Soleimani was ordered by US President Donald Trump on Friday.

Earlier, Trump had a meeting with the National Security Team, which was attended by Foreign Minister Mike Pompeo and Defense Minister Mark Esper. However, the meeting has not been officially confirmed. According to the White House, President Trump spoke with Emir of Qatar Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani and thanked him for his country’s strong partnership with the US. The two leaders discussed the situation in Iraq and Iran.
