Airtel may launched a new offer 1GB at Rs 150 to postpaid users

Airtel recently launched a new Rs 345 plan for its customers that offers 1GB of daily data to counter against Reliance’s Jio Prime services. While the service is limited to pre-paid customers, something similar will be introduced for post paid customers as well.
Other mobile network operators including Vodafone and Idea have also launched similar 1GB per day packs but only for their pre-paid customers.
Gopal Vittal, CEO of Bharti Airtel had also sent out an email to all the postpaid users saying that a surprise is on its way. It could be the new offering or could be free data bundling offer that Airtel offers from time to time.
The Sunil Bharti Mittal-owned company is rumored to launch a special offer this Holi for all its postpaid users. A new data booster pack priced at Rs 150 will offer 1GB of data every day valid for 28 days. Just like the pre-paid offer, the 1GB data will be available as 500MB during the day and 500MB at night (12 am to 6 am).
The whole telecom industry has seen major upheaval after Mukesh Ambani-owned Reliance Jio’s commercial launch in September 2016.
