Uttarakhand weather update: Rain in many districts of the state including capital Doon

Heavy rains continue in many districts of the state including the capital Dehradun. With the change in weather, cold has increased in the state.

It is cloudy in Uttarkashi and cold winds are blowing. It is rained heavily in Vikasnagar. The weather department had predicted rain on Monday. The Center has issued an orange alert for rain in the hilly districts and yellow alert in the plains.

There are chances of rain with lightning and thunder at some places in all the hilly districts. Whereas there was a possibility of rain at some places in the plain districts also.

According to the weather forecast, yellow alert for rain has been issued for tomorrow i.e. 17th October in all the districts except Udham Singh Nagar and Haridwar districts. However, the weather across the state will remain dry from October 18.
