Devotees will be able to get Chardham darshan online

The first meeting of the Chardham Devasthanam Management Board was held under the chairmanship of CM Rawat. During this, CM said that Uttarakhand is the center of spirituality all over the world. The characteristic style of the temples here is its specialty. To maintain it, it is necessary to ensure that the ancient form of temples remains. He also said that those who want to have a darshan of the temples online, they should be given the facility of offering darshan of the temple through online darshan and audio. At the same time, religious beliefs should also be taken care of.

In the meeting of the Chardham Devasthanam Management Board at the Chief Minister’s residence on Friday, under the chairmanship of Chief Minister Trivendra Singh Rawat, the CM said that the interests of all will be taken care of. Discussions have been made in the meeting to build museums for the collection of materials of temples and their associated manuscripts and other historical significance.

In this first meeting of the board, it was decided that a high level committee under the chairmanship of the Chief Secretary would be constituted by the state government for interdepartmental coordination for proper conduct of the religious visit. A separate logo will be created of Chardham Devasthanam Management Board. The Chief Executive Officer has been authorized to transfer the assets, funds, valuable items of the temples to the management of the Board, for which action will be taken by the concerned District Magistrates.

Uttarakhand Chardham Devasthanam Management Board will have a separate bank account. For this, the state government has approved an amount of ten crore rupees. The remnant funds of the Badri-Kedar Mandir Committee will also be transferred to the Chardham Devasthanam Management Board. The personnel of Badri-Kedar Temple Committee will be accommodated in the Board. Additional Chief Executive Officer will be appointed for the Board and a post of Controller of Finance will be created. Along with this a tribunal will be set up for various judicial matters in the board. The website created for the Badri-Kedar Temple Committee by NIC will be acquired and upgraded.
