Chaos in Kerala Assembly after Congress MLA enters with Grenade

In a shocking case on Wednesday in the Kerala assembly, a legislator arrived with a grenade shell. Not only this, the MLA also showed the assembly speaker the grenade.

During the assembly proceedings on Wednesday, Congress MLA Thiruvanchur Radhakrishnan arrived with a used grenade shell. During this, he showed the assembly speaker the grenade and told him that this grenade was used to expel Youth Congress protesters last week.

The Congress MLA also told the assembly speaker that the grenades used by the police against the Congress workers had expired. He said that the police is using such a grenade, which can prove harmful to health. The Legislative Assembly had a furore on this move by the Congress MLA. Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan expressed his displeasure over the incident. He said that this is a big security threat. After the ruckus, the Congress MLA handed over to the grenade assembly officials.

Between the ruckus, the assembly speaker assured the ruling MLAs to investigate the matter and said that if found violation of the rules, action against Thiruvanchur would be taken.
